These classes are perfect for challenging your body by surprising it every week. Every class is different using a variety of training methods including cardio, strength, HiiT, plyometics and more. Clients are experiencing fantastic results from doing this class once or twice a week.
They will allow you to try lots of different exercises and equipment not often available in a group fitness environment. Clients have described these fitness classes to be similar to personal training but in a group setting.
